We understand that sometimes plans change, and we're here to help as much as we can. Please keep the following in mind regarding order amendments:
- PayPal, Store and International Orders: Unfortunately, if you've paid via PayPal, in-store or placed your order through our international site, we're unable to make changes. You may need to cancel or return your order instead.
- Orders with Alterations: For orders with custom alterations—like pockets, sleeve or trouser adjustments, tail shortening, or monogramming—changes aren’t possible. Refunds or exchanges for these items are only available if there’s a manufacturing fault.
What to Do Next: If you need to amend your order, contact us as soon as possible at +31 (0) 20 703 6484. The sooner we hear from you, the better the chance we have to adjust your order before it leaves our facility.
- Orders Not Yet Dispatched: If your order hasn’t been shipped, we might be able to make changes. However, please note this may delay your delivery by about 48 hours
- Changes Involving Alterations: If the amendment requires additional alterations, please allow up to 4 working days for the tailoring to be completed before dispatch.
- Orders Already Dispatched: If your order has left our facility, we’ll guide you on how to return it and arrange an exchange if eligible.
